The power station worked great. One thing to keep in mind is that if you want to save some money and use the smaller power stations, you will be limited on what your power station will power. We recommend the larger size power stations.
If you are charging small devices, the 330W is great. If you want a little more versatility and you will use some devices and some appliances, then the 500W power station works well. However, if you want to use most appliances, devices, and possibly multiple devices, then get the EBL 1000W power station.

What Is The EBL Portable Power Station?
The EBL Portable Power Station is a power station that is portable. The EBL battery can power all kinds of electronics, accessories, or just about anything that requires power. Some people call them solar generators.
They have the ability to be charged by portable solar power panels like the BougeRV Portable solar panels. You can plug it into your typical 110V outlet, or it can even be charged by your car’s 12V outlet.

The EBL portable power station came nicely packaged and comes with a great carrying case. The case is solid and is great for keeping your power station clean, so make sure you use it.
The power station also comes with three charging cables. You have a charging cable that connects with your solar panels, your 12-volt charger, and your 110-volt charger. The carrying case has a nice front pocket where you can store your charging cables so you don’t lose them.
We have way too many cables, and then we forget what each cable goes with, so we make sure to keep our charging cables in the carrying case. This is a great way to remember what they go with and to make sure you do not lose them.

Setting Up The Portable Power Station
The portable power station is very easy to set up. It would most likely be considered a plug-and-play application. There is nothing to put together, and it comes assembled ready to go. The only thing you need to do before you can use your power station is charge the power station.
The EBL Power Station does not come fully charged. It comes with a little bit of charge to make sure the EBL batteries are not damaged during shipping. The power station charges very quickly, but depending on the size of your power station, the time it takes to charge varies.

The EBL power station has your typical solar generator design. The front panel has all of your connection options. This includes your 110V, USB, 12V, micro USB, and input charge options.
One of the great unique options for the EBL Power Station is the top of the power station. There is a wireless charging area for compatible devices.

Wireless Charger
The wireless charger is great for camping or when you are in need of a quick charge for your wireless charging devices. The wireless charger is on the top of the power station, making it easy to place your wireless charging devices on top to charge.
AC Pure Sine Wave
If you do not understand what AC pure sine wave means, you don’t need to worry. In short, it means that the power station converts the 12V lithium-ion battery power into a 110V power source that can be used to power a plethora of appliances.
Some of the awesome appliances include air conditioners, freezers, refrigerators, laptops, fans, and lights.
SOS Emergency Light
The emergency light on the power station is a bright white light that can be used in emergencies or any scenario when you would need a bright light that will work for long periods of time. The light is bright and is on the top portion of the EBL Power Station.
3 in 1 Charging Mode
The three-in-one charging makes keeping your solar generator charged and ready for use. There are three different ways to charge your generator.
The first option is to use solar panels. Solar panels are a great way to keep your generator charged, and it comes ready for your solar panels. All you need to do is purchase some solar panels.
If you do not have solar panels, you can purchase some great BougeRV solar panels to keep you powered. They have portable and non-portable solar panels that work great.
Your other options for charging are by using a 110V power outlet or by using your 12V connection in your car. This is often known as the outlet for the cigarette lighter.
All three options do a great job charging your power station, and all three can charge at about the same rate. To get a full charge with the 1000W power station, it takes about 8 to 10 hours.

Output of the EBL Portable Power Station
The output of the EBL portable power station depends on the power station that you have. If you have a 500W power station, then your output range is going to be around the 500W range.
If you have a portable power station that is 1000W, your output will be around the 1000W range. You can typically get a little more than the 1000W of output but not much more.
You should keep this in mind when you are selecting your power station. Some appliances pull too many watts and therefore cannot be used on the smaller power stations.
A good example of this is a toaster. Our toaster pulls about 650 watts of power when in use. Our 500-watt power station will not run this appliance. The toaster pulls too much wattage for the power station.
The larger 1000W power station will run our toaster. If you want to use multiple devices or appliances with your power station, you will want to go with the larger power station.
Battery Capacity
There are three different power station battery capacities that EBL offers. There is a 330W, 500W, and 1000W battery capacities. The battery capacity that is right for you will depend on how you plan on using your power station.
The smaller unit is best for smaller uses such as charging your phone, GoPro, laptop, lights, or CPAP machine.
The 500W battery capacity is great for smaller outdoor appliances and charging your devices. If you want to use appliances that use more power, such as a microwave, electric grills, coffee makers, or fridges, you will want the 1000W size.
Output Ports
The EBL power station has lots of outlet ports, and you can use more than one at a time. The larger power stations have nine outlet ports and a wireless charging area.
These make it so easy to use and make the power station very versatile. You can charge your phone, GoPro, drone, and portable refrigerator all at the same time. However, if you are going to be using that many devices with your power station, it won’t last that long, so you should make sure that you are connected to a solar panel or two.
A 200W portable solar panel will keep you going for days.
Charging the EBL Portable Power Station
Everyone charges their power station differently, and everyone uses their power station differently. If you are going to use your power station for your camper van or while you are camping, we highly recommend coupling it with great portable solar panels.
If you are only going to be using your power station for a day or two at a time, then solar panels might not be worth it unless you are using them with heavy loads.
The power station can be recharged upwards of 1000 times. These lithium-ion power stations are incredible, and they are also incredibly light. Take it with you when you are going to your kids’ athletic events, camping, or family parties.
There are so many uses and ways to charge power stations that until we had one, we didn’t realize how useful they can be. We most recently used it to power the lights on our kids’ playhouse in our backyard.
Our Performance Testing
We have used the EBL Power Station for a while now, and in all reality, it has surpassed my expectations. This is the first power station we have used, and after using it, I feel like I would not want to be without one.
We have used it on multiple occasions to power our BougeRV portable refrigerator, and we were amazed at how long it would power it. It worked great for a whole day and still had power left. When we tried it inside, keeping beverages cool, it lasted for more than 24 hours.
It has charged our devices on numerous occasions and worked great.
The EBL power station comes with a really nice carrying bag that makes keeping the power station clean and very portable. When we first received our power station, I didn’t even think about how important a good carrying bag would be.
It makes it easy to keep track of your charging battery chargers, and the front pocket is a great place to keep your phone chargers that you use often. As a whole, the testing we have done has surpassed my expectations and its uses.

Overall we have been impressed with the EBL Power Station. The more we use it, the more things we want to use with it. We have started to look at all the great options for portable appliances, and we have found sound really fun things that work nicely in conjunction with the power station.

The array of devices that the EBL Voyager 1000 can power is substantial. Before we had one, I could see their benefit, but after using one and having one, I have been excited to look at all the different devices and appliances the Voyager can power.
