This compact Blackstone Tabletop Griddle is a great option for cooking most anything. The cooking surface area is 17” with rust-resistant materials. The grill is made to be placed on top of a table so if you are boondocking you will want to have a foldable table with you to place it on.

It is set up to be used with the small green propane tanks. We do not use these tanks unless we are tent camping. We use an adapter which makes the grill compatible with your larger propane tanks.
