Top Food Trucks in the Moab Food Truck Park

1. Paninis Plus

Panini from the Moab food truck park

The Paninis Plus is a great downtown Moab food truck. They offer paninis for different styles and tastes. When I went here I couldn’t make up my mind on which sandwich I should go with because they all looked great so I asked them to make me the sandwich they think was the best, and they delivered.

The sandwich was great. They made the Caprese and the Smokey Turkey. If you are looking for something a little lighter, you can check out their smoothies or salads. The smoothie I ordered was delicious.

2. Street Dogs

Street dogs

If you are looking for a street-style hot dog, then the Street Dogs stand is for you. They have a handful of great signature options as well as the ability to build your own. You can choose from different buns, types of hot dogs (vegan sausage, pork sausage, quarter-pound beef frank), your toppings, and of course, your sides and drink.

If you are there early and want a breakfast food truck option or just want to try something different, you can try one of their Belgian waffle options. These come with all kinds of different toppings, so you might have to get a few and share. That is typically how we do it.

3. Red Wok Kitchen

Food from the Red Wok Kitchen at the Moab Food Truck Park

It would not be a true Utah food truck park without some delicious Asian-style food. The options are not complicated, just your typical favorites like Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and more.

There are different soups depending on the day, along with some great appetizers. We love wontons and potstickers personally, but if you are a veggie-lover, they have one of those too. We ordered Mongolian beef and orange chicken, and both were delicious.

4. Miss Gelato

Gelato from the Moab Food Truck Park

The Food Truck Park in Moab has a couple of really nice treat options, and one of those is Miss Gelato. Miss Gelato does not have a million flavors, which is not surprising since you have to fit all of that greatness into a small food truck, but they have all the flavors that taste good.

My favorite is chocolate and caramel, but Candice is always a mint lover. They also have some nice Sorbe non-dairy (vegan) options for those with dietary restrictions looking for something yummy. My daughter, who is non-dairy, was so happy to find a treat.

5. Big Don’s Pizza and Pasta

Pizza from the Moab Food Truck Park

Pizza in Moab is popular as they have lots of really great options to choose from around town. The Food Truck Park in Moab, Utah has Big Don’s Pizza and Pasta, which has some good choices. These are not your typical pepperoni pizzas but specialty delicious pizzas. Some notable options are the Chicken Alfredo, BBQ Chicken, Buffalo Bleu, or Chicken Ranch, to name a few.

The salads and plates of pasta are also very good if pizza is not the only thing you want.

6. Moab Rainbowls

If you are looking for healthier options, the Moab Rainbowls is one of the best places to eat in Moab. Not only are the bowls delicious, but they are the prettiest-looking food you will find in the food truck court and possibly the area. These bowls are packed with fruits, seeds, nuts, and our favorite peanut butter.

If one of the smoothie bowls is not enough or you want to add a little bit of variety, you should try the Avocado Toast or Chilli Cheese Nachos. We try to eat healthily, but sometimes you can’t pass up the Chilli Cheese Nachos.

7. Fresh 2 GO

Hamburger from the Moab Food Truck Park

Fresh 2 Go in the Moab Food Truck Court sounds like a lighter option, but it is not. Instead, the name has more to do with the food being cooked upon your order. Fresh 2 Go offers your typical American-style food like burgers, wings, and chicken tenders. They also offer some good sandwiches like your cheesesteaks or pulled pork sandwiches.

It is also a nice place to get some fries. French fries tend to be something we enjoy at many of our stops. Maybe that has something to do with growing up in Idaho and the land of potatoes, not to be confused with Iowa, Ohio, or many of the other random states people confuse for Idaho.

8. Tacos El Gordo

Tacos from the Moab Food Truck Park

Having lived in the great states of Jalisco and Nayarit, Mexico, tacos are often a favorite of ours. Tacos El Gordo is part of the Moab, Utah food trucks, and they are worth a stop if you enjoy trying different tacos as we do. With an array of great meat options, like Carnitas, Asada, and Adobada, you will enjoy a tasty taco or burrito.

Don’t forget your Mexican-style drinks with some Pineapple Jarrito or your Coca-Cola served in a glass bottle.

Vegan Options at the Moab Food Truck Park

If you are looking for vegan options, there are lots of great choices you can choose from at the food truck court. Some of the best Vegan options are Miss Gelato and the Moab Rainbowls. Street Dogs also has some vegan hot dogs available.

Dairy-Free Options

If you are looking for dairy-free options, there are some great choices you can choose from at the food truck court. Some of your best Dairy free options are the Red Wok Kitchen, Miss Gelato, and AK Roll & Bowl.

Reviews of the Moab Food Truck Park

I’ve visited three times now, and the food is always great! I enjoy having options instead of going to one restaurant – everyone can choose what sounds good to them. Centrally located, lots of parking each time I’ve been. (Tripadvisor Review)

Stumbled on this Park by accident and truly enjoyed being there. The Street Dogs was excellent, and difficult to decide which delight to choose. (Tripadvisor Review)
